About Us

An independent real estate broker, CRECI 16337-MG, Elei José da Silva holds a degree in Information Systems from Universidade de Franca/SP. A systems analyst, he specialized in software development, databases and websites.

That's how Icapitolio.Com.Br was born, tapping into the great potential of Escarpas do Lago and Lago de Furnas. Always working with ethics and honesty, the site grew and today ranks first across the internet.

Today, properties of every segment and region are listed, but the main focus is houses and lots for rent and sale in Escarpas do Lago, and lakeside cabins along Lago de Furnas, in the Capitólio region.

There are also properties for sale in the regions of Guapé, Carmo do Rio Claro, Piumhi, Pimenta, Vargem Bonita, São Roque de Minas and other areas of Minas Gerais and inland São Paulo.

Besides houses and lots, there are also small farms, lakeside cabins, farms for crops, beef and dairy cattle farms, sugarcane, coffee and corn farms, among others.

In December 2009, our own office in Escarpas do Lago opened, at Praça Central de Escarpas, in the former Ranchão restaurant. That's how the name Ranchão dos Imóveis Escarpas do Lago came to be.

While you're here on our site, feel free to browse — you'll find the property, leisure and investment you're looking for.
